Warranty
What’s Covered
Your warranty covers genuine manufacturing defects, including:
- Separation (delamination) of denture teeth due to a manufacturing defect.
- Processing defects affecting the acrylic base.
- Material or manufacturing faults that compromise the structural integrity or function of the denture.
What’s Not Covered
This warranty does not cover damage resulting from accidental breakage, misuse, excessive functional forces, normal wear or natural changes within the mouth, including:
- Dentures that have been dropped, fractured or snapped.
- Chipped, fractured or sheared denture teeth. In the absence of a manufacturing defect, this type of damage is generally associated with excessive force beyond normal function, including biting hard objects, trauma, clenching or grinding (bruxism).
- Wear of denture teeth through normal use.
- Changes in fit due to natural gum and jawbone resorption, including the need for relines or adjustments.
- Repairs or alterations carried out by another practitioner or laboratory.
- Loss, theft or damage caused by pets or other accidental events.
